Avery Collins isn't your average 17 year old girl. She's a senior at Lukesville high, but not only is she that cliche nerd who's never been kissed, she's also a girl who suffers from living with her careless mother. Everett Samson is your average high school jock, he's everything that Avery isn't. When Avery's art project partner bails, Miss Jensen is forced to find a replacement. Unfortunately for Avery, Everett is the perfect candidate due to his low grades and need of an easy A. Seeing as she can't find any inspiration she begins to study Everett and she see's that behind that bad boy Jock mask, there's a caring guy.
