The captain of our soccer team, Xavi Parker, a beautiful, young, athletic boy. The college girls were obsessed over him and his boys. The boys were jealous of him and his position and his golden reputation, but not everyone was impressed by the soccer players. He's handsome, cocky and hot, and he knows it.
Xavi Parker is aware, but why would a guy like Xavi Parker fall in love with a girl like me? The moment he told me, my life turned upside down. "Why do you care, Xavi?" He looks up and meets my eyes, not looking away. Xavi told me nothing, but the truth, that was one of the reasons I cared about him. I cared about him in a way I never cared. He does care about me, but can't place this feeling. I wasn't special and I understood it loud and clear. Girls like me aren't used to feelings like this, they aren't used to the feeling of love. It scares me, how long before someone takes this away? How long can he handle me and my dramatic past?
He takes a deep breath, and he smiles, "How can I not care about someone like you. You're my sun and darkness, you're my heroin. You're it, Lun."
