Ken Ichijouji couldn't take it anymore. His brother Osamu was still dead, his mother was pregnant with his new brother, but tragically, she miscarried and had to have an operation to save her life, which meant that she will never have children ever again, and Wormmon died again saving him, but it was in Earth, so he this time, he would never return.
In despair, he threw himself in front of a car, killing himself....and three of the four people in that car as it crashed. The only survivor...was 10 year old Juri Katou, who had now lost her father, her brother, and her stepmother to death.
A mysterious person saves the injured girl and takes her to the hospital, where she meets the grieving Ichijouji parents as she recovers.
Will these three people, whose families had already suffered tragedies, and were then completely destroyed, come together as one? And will Juri be accepted by her new parents?
