Inked soulmate AU.
When Virgil's soulmates make first contact at the age of five he goes to show his mom. Little does he know that would be the biggest mistake he'd ever made. He's locked away no way to contact his soulmates and they're left thinking he's dead.

I write Virgil's anxiety off my own which is very extreme. If you feel I am misrepresenting anything please go ahead and let me know I will change it! I tried to do research on any and all disorders I don't personally have.
Ok another sidenote. The entire story I'm going to be hinting at something it won't be obvious. If you can guess it I'll tell you if you're right! I'll give two hints before we start,
1. blood stains the skin in this AU meaning that the red will appear on their bodies.
2. Why does nobody question his death? There was only the finger marks
Ok so I'll be writing another story same thing but in a different character's point of view! This means we'll only be following Virgil so you can't rule out character's until the book comes out.

He hated it because it gave him the words 'well aren't you a ray of sunshine' printed boldly on his forehead. Luckily for him, foundation was his best friend (and his only friend, for that matter). He never showed it, but he longed for the day his soulmate would sweep the aggravating statement off his forehead and him off his feet. Logan, to put it simply, was married to his work. "Confrontation" -A Prinxiety Fanfic
Virgil has always tried his hardest to stay out of the the way of the others in the mind scape, to not cause any problems. He was a very nonconfrontational person, after all. But sometimes, confrontation seemed to hunt him down. ' "And lastly, it really comes down to who's more experienced." I smirk a bit at him and bite my lip, smug as he stares back at me. This was kinda odd for me, writing in Virgil's point of view, mostly because I like to stray very, VERY far from the whole, "dayum they're hawt... Woit wat?" Kinda stuff. But Virgil is kinda, y'know, anxiety... Either way, I still tried to keep it on a restraining order, minimum distance of 40 ft. ;P. However, there definitely was some internal conflict going on. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life.
