Ava and Skylar have both been accused and abused many times in their own households. One day, when they have had enough, the two run away from their "homes". Along the way, the two girls meet and become friends. They meet many kind people along the way, yet there are still so many evil ones they stumble across. Besides that, their fathers are hunting for them, and there's no stopping. Even worse, there's a war raging. Will Ava and Skylar be able to avoid their fathers and survive the war?
