Usually death is a good deal more... permanent. Or at least that's what Ana thought before waking up in a new body, to new parents, belonging to a new country, on a new world, filled with new rules. With her understanding of any and all things thrown to the wayside, she needs to take any and all opportunities to learn not just why everything is different this lifetime, but why she's even having a second lifetime to begin with! But before she can even deal with all the who's, what's, when's, and where's, much less how's, she's stuck with something a bit more important. Why! Not why did this all happen, but why, oh why, is everything so damn cliché?! Author's Note: Yo, as of the start of August 2020, I deleted a lot of chapters while I work on an entire rewrite. I intend to re-post the story after the rewrite reaches the same tipping off point that those earlier 20 chapters were, but with a lot less fillers.
