Like the title suggest this is about how the order found out Harry has a twin sister. 
    This takes place after Goblet of fire 
    
    
    Few things have been changed from the books 
     - Cedric never died 
    - Harry is gay 
    - Harry has a sister (obviously) 
    - Lupin is still a professor 
    - the OWLs are taken in the 6th year 
    - Victor and Fleur stayed to finish schooling at Hogwarts 
    - they all know about the order after the 3rd book
