Whatever it takes

Hey, I'm Ally.

I had an normal life with my single mother but then everything changed so fast.

My mom went to work and never came back. It's clear that something happened to her because she would never just leave me.

Child Protective Services came to take me but I know what happens to the kids in their care and it's not good.

I ran away the moment I got a chance and my only goal is to find my mother because I know she's still alive.

But so many decisions had to be made and I wasn't proud of any of them also they cost a lot.

"I don't get why he likes her so much" Luna said sadly.

"You know they have been friends forever" Mia said shrugging her shoulders.

"Because my feelings should matter" she said pulling her arm away from Mia.

I won't let Ally have him even if it cost our friendship, finding her mother or whatever.

"I will fucking kill all three of you brats" He said spitting on the window.

"I'll learn fast" He said hitting the gas and turning which made my head hit hard against the window.

"What happens when they catch us" I said crying.

"Shhh" He said holding my hand tighter as we hear their footsteps running around upstairs. "Don't think about it" He said in his soft voice as I heard the basement door swing open.
