We follow a young chemist by the name of Delany as she tries to unlock a hidden genome within our DNA. Until one night a comet passed by over her lab as she was mixing chemicals. As the comet passed it let off high amounts of unknown radiation that effected the chemicals delany was toying with and when she mixed these chemicals together they caused an explosion which affected the entire city putting it into a blackout.
This explosion put delany into a coma. As well as it unlocked that hidden genome within all human carrriers inside the city limits. Giving all who are carriers powers beyond comprehension. One of those carriers was delany.
The coma that delany was put in by the explosion lasted many months. Nearly a year. Until she finally awoke to find out she had untold amount of powers. Now as a gifted scientist she has to decide whether she pursue this new breakthrough studying all these super beings. Or if she should help in stopping them and putting them behind bars. For some are good. But with power comes corruption and some were corrupted from the start. What will she chose. Help people, or study them. With great power comes great responsibility. But does delany have what it takes?

And Raveena deals with her own past, entangled with Scorpion's dark history. Together, they devise a plan to bring down Scorpion once and for all. Spectacular World
Hope Lauren has read her share of comics. She's seen supers around her city and even been saved by some on occasion. And she always hoped that she'd be able to join them. With Jack, her grizzled older mentor with secrets that could shake the world, and Pantheon, a new team of heroes, Hope will have to fight against monumental odds to save Oleander City. In a world of action, comedy, tragedy, and adventure, there's plenty for a new hero to do. *Readers can expect a mostly adventure-themed superhero journey that will include a slice of life, action, and hopefully exciting world-building. It will also contain a slow-burn GL/Yuri plotline, which I'll eventually get to when I feel like it, I guess. This will be a very long story with many arcs* New chapter every Monday and Friday.

Meanwhile, Vinicus Cauldwell enjoys the power he has as Murkbourne's most feared super-villain. For once, he can sit back and relax without being pestered by the police. That is, until Max arrives. Vinicus isn't happy about having to fight a child, but he can't let Max find out. After all, super-villains can't be "good people"... Can they? We can't all be born heroes. Accepting to be a subject for a 'minor science experiment' for a large amount of money is a grave mistake for the Durand family. Now Cecil Durand is coping with unnatural abilities and the burden of trying to hide the fact that she's a complete freak of science in the town of Grimsby. But without the hindrance of money problems, the Durands move to big city Toronto in hopes of a better life-and the lesser chance of someone finding out Cecil's supernatural callings. They never expected things to get worse as Cecil is targeted by a villainous character and his organization for her unnatural skills. They never guessed that she would become the apple's eye of said villain that would do anything to have her-even destroy the one boy she cares about who doesn't think she's a freak with her supernatural abilities. A young woman wakes up in the hospital, with no memories other than the fact she had just been horribly injured in a fight, and she has superpowers. It's hard to be surprised by such news when it is the only memory you possess. Superpowers are just a fact of life at that point. The superpowers news turned out to be quite original for the rest of the world, which was entirely unaware someone like her existed at all. There is, however, an underground world of others like her, a criminal empire working toward something she had been trying to stop. But with no knowledge of what the villainous plan was, who these criminals were, or how to properly use her powers, things seem grim. She knows she is the only one who can stop them, and the only backup she has is a man who claims to have been her friend from before the accident.
