Estasia Hill is a 17-year-old, straight-A student. Her dream is to become a student at Yale University, in hopes of being able to major in philosophy.
She struggles with a bad past, her father leaving when she was around the age of two. Which led to her bad smoking habit and her problematic life with her own mom. And ever since her father left, her life has gone downhill.
That is until she reunites with the bad boy from her school. His name is James Perez a former friend of her brother, Chris Hill. James turns her sad songs into happy songs but also changes her life drastically.

James Pérez has girls lining up for him and every day he gets to pick a new one.
He drives his black mustang everywhere which just makes more girls fall for him. The only three things in life that he cares about though are 1. his car 2. Otis his best friend 3. success in everything. Which shouldn't come as a surprise, knowing he loves to win and be better.
A girl that should be off-limits seems to catch his attention when he sees her every morning on the other side of the soccer field, on the running track. He knows so little about her but he remembers one thing, that she is the sister of his former friend, who is now his enemy, also known as Chris Hill. A little chaos can't hurt anyone, right? Is what he thinks but is it true?
----------------------
"A friend is nothing but a known enemy", I quoted Kurt Cobain whilst we were gazing at the stars above us. I turn my face to meet his face, just to get surprised by his sparkling eyes already looking at me. "That quote doesn't make sense, you know why?" He asked me in a calm voice. I shake my head lightly signalizing that I didn't know. "Because there is no one to motivate you, It should only be yourself who is capable of doing so", he continued his sentence and silence filled our small space. "It's Kurt Cobain's words, not mine".
