The turtles spy on the Kraang and unexpectedly bump into beautiful girls. Venus, Larota, Amoly and Talena. Mutagen fall on the girls and they turn into turtles. Their hideout has been blown.  They go to live with the boys and their Sensei. (The girls' sensei still lives and his name is Fujiki) 
Will they find a cure to turn the girls into human again? Will they find out the girls' dark secrets and powers? Will they find what true love is?
