It's the centre core for complaints, enquiries, requests, and lots of witty moments as I learn from both clients and colleagues in this fast pace workplace.
Musings of a customer service Intern is an ongoing, open-ended series because whenever a client calls, walks in or my colleagues act out, I get a great story to muse about.

"Do you think I'll get pregnant??" He looked at her with wide eyes. "Are you crazy??? Why the hell would you be pregnant??" he yelled. "Huh...!!" She was a bit afraid of him now. Hello!! My name is Gwen, and I want to share all my crazy life stories, from love to adventure and even a little bit of horror. I have never told anyone any of these, so I think it might be fun to share them with you guys and get to know if you have experienced anything like I have. I really hope you like them and enjoy them.
