Under the light of the moon and the gaze of the stars, I felt anew.
My throat screamed for a gulp of air, my eyes weighed down by the pressure, my body running low on the will to live.
I felt everything and nothing. Strangely, I could feel that it was my end, as I lay there; oddly, at peace basking in the shivering warmth, letting it consume me.
