Raven Nova Black is the daughter of a mass murder, Sirius Orian Black, and a former famous healer, Amelie Bridge Sakiwoitz. Amelie was murdered only a few days after giving birth to Raven leaving Sirius with the responsibility of what was supposed to be their child. However, a year later he was imprisoned for the murder of 13 muggles and one wizard known as Peter Pettigrew the same night James and Lily Potter were killed and their child became The Boy Who Lived. Due to the fact that Raven had no other of family and her godfather wasn't fit to take care of her, she became an orphan in a muggle orphanage. Mrs Catterhome was a squib so she was well aware of Raven's powers and parentage and immediately agreed to take her in until time came for her to leave.
When she went to Hogwarts she befriended the Golden Trio and gained a reputation as "Hogwarts' badass" much like her father in his school days. Raven was completely oblivious to how much she resembled her father although she does know of his crime. Despite the Black family reputation she wore the Black name proudly, much like her father, and refused to change to her name. Sure, she was treated well at the orphanage and was basically worshipped at school but nothing stopped her from being insecure. Because of this,she grew a habit of smoking at a young age but again, no one stopped her from doing-so. When she finally goes into her third year, she her family's secrets. Will she be able to carry the weight on her shoulders? Will her reckless facade break? What will happen when she discovers the reason behind her bestfriends parents death is because of her father? Will she be guilty? Will she continue carrying the Black name proudly?
(Years 3-7 and after Hogwarts)
