It's been a year since the reckless souls of South Park graduated. Everyone has gone off to college. Whether its a few cities away or a few states away. Everyone has a new beginning. Except two blonde teens.
Butters, a warmhearted nineteen year old who is trapped in his family's residence. Despite his abusive home he continues to be a kind spirit.
Kenny, a crushed soul who has no desire to live. He lives alone in an apartment and enjoys nothing in life other than marijuana, cocaine and alcohol.
Euphoria is an extreme feeling of happiness and excitement. Drugs and alcohol is all Kenny needs to feel happy. Kenny doesn't know but the most euphoric feeling in the world is love. It all started when Butters texts Kenny for help.
