With his brothers, an Equestrian unicorn named Gaia, and his rebuilt brother Corona, it's up to them to end the war and return both of their worlds to peace.

But this peace would not last long. Dr. Creis, his creator Athena's former colleague has kidnapped her and is using a reality-warping material known as Magnaquartz to overthrow the world. Enemies that Ragammia has dealt with during the three battles he has fought have resurfaced, some like his traitorous brother Corona who want him destroyed more than anything. The strength of everyone fighting will be tested, and as Athena said: "Sacrifices must be made to preserve peace," though the cost will be far more significant than what anyone imagined... It all ends here in Mega Man Eclipse 4.
