A young woman named Willow experiences an extremely traumatizing and supernatural event as a child that results in the deaths of her parents and younger sister.
Orphaned from a young age, Willow grows up in a foster home. Since the "incident" that killed her family, she yearned for answers. Why her family? What even WAS the monster that attacked them? And why was she spared?
As a young adult, Willow finally breaks away from her shitty foster family to investigate the matter herself. She discovers some friends who help along the way, and learns more about herself and the world around her than she ever could've imagined. Her entire reality is shattered when she learns the truth of who she really is and just what's really going on.
I haven't completely ironed out the details for everything yet, but I do have an idea for where I want to take this, so if anybody is enjoying it please be sure to let me know! :)
