It's the 25th Hunger Games. The first ever Quarter Quell. The beginning of Etch's and Guinness' nightmare. They are twins and inseparable. The thing is that, when you're as close as they are, it's easy for the citizen of District 3 to vote for you. The law says it: "To remind everyone that the rebels chose to sacrifice their children in the rebellion." Now that they are potential targets since their father, mayor of the district, a cunning and cold man, sees his own life as more important then the citizens', their lives are in great danger.
	Their mother was reaped when she was only eighteen and they were two. The odds weren't in her favour but maybe it is in Etch's and Guinness'. It's just a matter of luck now...
