I gasped and choked in pain. My body felt like it was on fire and I couldn't breathe. I could feel every nerve in me twitch and my body moved with it. No part of me was still. I was pulling at my restraints one minute, and then I was jerking in pain the next. There was no room for being still. I could hear beeping and talking around me, but I couldn't make out any actual sound. It was all jumbled up and confusing. I screamed in pain as it pulsed trough me. I pulled and jerked and pulled and jerked over and over again. My body wasn't in my control, I knew it wasn't and I hated it. I never wanted to be this out of control again. "MAX!" Stanley found himself desperately attempting to extend this last run of his as much as he could but ultimately couldn't escape from the end after all. The end of the parable and the end of his life chased him relentlessly. And he was going to run out of breath. He awoke one day to sand and sky and the sun gliding over him. ---------------------- This is not going to include any romance, (unless you look closely ig) BUT hear me out, this is an emotional rollercoaster through the path I'm pretty sure most players go through. Just told in a dramatic pre release au Stanley and Narrator thing. Where Stanley - a real person- had helped the narrator cover all corners of the game and create new endings. Save me Austin [ I wrote this FOREVER ago, I just thought I should say it's really..... challenging. There is a lot of self esteem issues and issues regarding mental health. I was in a very dark place when I was writing this- I just thought I should warn potential readers. I've also changed my writing tremendously! I do not write like this anymore. I think it's safe to say I rushed through the storyline and didn't develop my characters as wisely as I wish I did. And to that I apologize. The only reason I have not deleted this story is because this is just another demonstration of my past and a ledge from which I've jumped from to a higher level of thinking. Of course I have like 30 million other things I need to finish but if I don't write this I'll be sad when I have writer's block and then this will never exist. All art is created by me I'm going to do my best to write as Stanley and Narrator are presented but if I mess up be patient i'll probably notice and fix it. This will follow most of the story line and player's choices and part of my own personal headcanons. There will most likely be no smut so if you came here for that- you're out of luck.
