Tyler has lived in New York City her entire life. And when her old pen pal, Isabelle, offers her a job in a new town, Tyler doesn't hesitate to snatch it up and make her way there. But when she gets there, she realizes it's not an ordinary town. It's a cartoon town. And every person who lives in the town is a walking, talking, talented animal. And Tyler is freaked out to say the least.
