'I'm going to be okay.' I said, trying to reassure him, however, deep down, I knew I wasn't. I had been diagnosed with cancer 6 months ago and the radiotherapy hadn't been working. Dr Millier told me I didn't qualify for Chemotherapy. Unless there was a miracle, I would be gone in 6 months. I'm okay with it really, I think I've accepted my fate. I'm just worried for Aaron. I know he's my soulmate but he deserves someone that can love him forever. It's torn me up inside but I want him to be happy when I'm gone. That's why I've come to the decision to find him a new girlfriend before I pass.

What were these feelings brewing inside of me? I told myself not to take them too seriously. "You're pretending." I whispered to myself. "None of this is real." - The offer was simple: one million dollars to pretend to be his girlfriend, then his fiance, in a space of six months. Everything she wanted was going to be at the tip of her fingers, including, maybe, making her best friend Jake a tiny bit jealous. What could go wrong? Everything, absolutely everything. And they both wanted it.
