Seventeen year old Misty Cellars lives in a double-wide trailer where she bargains with a local drug gang to keep her mother out of prison. Misty learns that her family's misfortunes are part of a larger ploy to keep the town's residents poor and under control. But why would outside forces be so interested in a small town in Maine? Misty learns the answer lies closer to home than she ever could have imagined.
