To Be Good Enough (Spinel x Evil Human Male Reader)

It's been a year after Spinel tried to destroy the Earth & Steven. She caused a lot of damage to the planet and its people. Of course, everyone but the Crystal Gems disliked her for that, though they would never voice that opinion. Though the Diamonds offered her to come live with them in the palace, they never quite got over how they tried to end the son of their deceased sister. As such, they couldn't quite enjoy their time with her as much as they thought they would, leaving Spinel to feel quite lonely pretty often.

It's not like she would tell anyone though. After all, who could she talked to if nobody but Steven liked her? And how could she bother the shield-wielding hero of peace after all she did to him, his friends, his family, and his planet? No, she couldn't bother him with that. So she did what any other person in her mindset would have done; hide in her room feeling sad.
