This is a concept for a different Batman movie, a Batman movie that I just love the idea of.
It will have a way different cast than you would expect.
Rated: PG-13(I think, might change)
Plot:
Crime is heavy in Gotham City these days and there are no true heroes that actually get the credit for what they are doing.
Billionaire Bruce Wayne returns to Gotham City after a year to train and clear his head after all the events he's been through in his life.
By the age of 10, he became an orphan and Bruce's butler and now father figure Alfred takes him in.
Bruce returns to Gotham City seeking to rewrite his family's and his wrongs but once he returns and sees how bad the streets and how bad life can be for some people now, he seeks to make a change in his hometown crime-filled city and he has a bog plan to do it.
Bruce will become something more.

"What do you have to hide? An unrequited love perhaps?" Bruce Wayne is dead and that has took a toll on everyone. Gotham mourns the billionaire, but also knowing the the Bat has suddenly disappeared, the city is a wreck. The only protectors of the city is the family Bruce built. His family didn't take the news very well, especially his biological son, Damian Wayne. He still continues his journey as the boy wonder. In his recent acts, he has been more violent. Bruce's death has torn the Bat Family apart, leaving the boy alone with Alfred Pennyworth. He never expected to enjoy the manservants company but he would prefer his family to be with him too. They are rarely at the manor anymore, mostly because it felt empty without Bruce there. One night, the boy wonder crosses paths with a thief that he has ran into once before. He never got her name and never bothered to look into it. The last time he's seen her, his father was still alive. The last time he's seen her, she was stealing something small. What happens when he finds out that this thief is one no other than the daughter of Harley Quinn and the Joker? What makes the girl so special? (I do not own the characters in the book. Gotham City: the definition of crime. The mob, gangs, and organized crime had dominated the streets. The police are mere annoyances to the law breakers in the town, as they have not had Gotham in control for decades. That is until a hero arrives. Or rather, a vigilante. Bruce Wayne is a billionaire who has personally seen and lost so much of the crime in this city, having had his parents murdered in front of him as a child. Using his feat of bats as an inspiration, Bruce soon dawned the name of "Batman" and became the one thing to stop criminals I'm the city, bringing hope in fear. Now when someone is sneaking illegal equipment into Gotham, it's time for the Dark Knight to team up with Jason Todd, ,otherwise known as "Robin", to track and prevent the criminal mastermind planning the operation that could possibly be worse than all the criminals combined could do. Richard Fisk, The Rose, is the son of Wilson Fisk, The Kingpin. He was a reoccurring Spider-man and a Daredevil villain. He wanted to take over his fathers criminal empire and never succeeded. He even spent a small duration as a Punisher-like vigilante, killing other criminals as The Blood Rose. And now, He's in the world of DC comics. Or that would be the case if I was Richard Fisk. I'm not, We just share the same name and appearance. I'm a totally different guy, I swear! Is that why I have his memories? Some sort of cosmic joke?! A legendary vigilante/anti-hero from the Rigby has decided to move to Gotham City and with in a week of his arrival. He has put Gotham's underworld on notice. That there's a new law in Gotham CIty. His. way of doing things are considered too old school to be used. He's dangerous with his dual ivory handled revolvers, Sharpes Buffalo Hunter rifle and his limited edition Henry and Winchester lever action rifles. But he's even more deadly with his fists and feet. But as he cleans up the streets of Gotham his way, he gets the ire of one Dark Knight and Company. Well, maybe everyone of the Bat Family. Except one. Barbara Gordon. Whose been following the gunmans career with great interest. But Dick Grayson, Damian Wayne and Alfred are wondering if there's another reason why she's following his career. Finally one night he was hot on the trail of Rupert Thorne and had him cornered in a high class estate in the hills. The Dark Knight and The Gunslinging Lawdog have their first encounter. But the Batman brought along his long time protege, Batgirl. After a close call with The Dark Knight, the gunslinger runs after giving a good bone breaking kick to Batmas knee. But leaves behind some blood from the fight and a matchbook with his fingerprints all over it. And who should pick up the matchbook and swabbed the small droplet of blood than Batgirl at the behest of Batman. The only trick is he asked for the blood. Not the matchbook. Now there are a few questions that are bound come up, One. Will this new city anti-hero join the Bat Family or will he be on Batman's most wanted list? And Two. Will Barbara Gordon find the mysterious gunman and be able to tell him how she feels and will he reciprocate?Concluida

Liam was being hunted by every villain in Gotham. Every criminal was after him and the worst part was his adopted family didn't know about it at all. On the other side of the city was the batcave. No phone. No weapon. No help. Gotham is filled with backstabbers and two faced villains, you can't even call for a taxi without every thug in Gotham knowing about it. With a hefty price on Liam's head and his family thinking he was in Metropolis at a boarding school he had no one to call for and no one to ask about him.
