After the massive war of 2130 the chemicals started pouring into the lakes. Getting into the water plants and animals. As people consumed it, the chemicals changed a gene in kids and new borns. It would make them have a rainbow spectrum in there eyes. The government decided they could be dangerous and made them illegal. If they were to be born they would be executed on the spot. But some were saved by the nurses telling the government the babies died soon after birth and told the mothers to keep them hidden.
