Rohan Kishibe is a professional 21-year old manga artist from Tokyo residing in the town of Morioh. After his first manga was published when he was just 16, Rohan has gained quite a large number of fans. With his abrasive personality, he may appear to be incredibly unsociable- but he can be friendly when he wants to be. Except he certainly wants nothing to do with Josuke!

With their completely opposite personalities, awkward mishaps, and a life-threatening darkness lingering in their small town, Josuke and Rohan must work out what it is that draws them to each other, and their relationship takes a turn into something they least expected!
