A fanfiction I wrote over a decade ago, back when I had no idea how to write a story. Set in the world of Twilight Princess.

I dislike this story, but I'm posting it to inspire any aspiring writers/authors, to show you that we all start somewhere. We all start out writing utter garbage. But stuff like this is what you learn from.

This was the piece that helped me solidify my writing style, to really gain my identity as a writer and learn my strengths and weaknesses. Now, as a published author, I've applied all I've learned to creating Dryad's Wrath and the rest of The Riftkey Chronicles, and the results are far better.

Please do not read this and expect good writing. Read Dryad's Wrath if you want that.

The Legend of Zelda, the worlds of Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time, and all characters and gear that appear in those titles and also in this fanfiction are property of Nintendo. Upon request from the copyright owner, this fanfiction will be taken down.

Kyros, Archaea, Tanizau, and Akrir are my own original creations and, aside from their origin/races (Sheikah, Hylian, and Gerudo, which Nintendo own), are my property.

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
