Ashlynn can't get rid of these dreams of another life. A life where she is a girl named Riley. Ashlynn seeks help in understanding why she is having such vivid dreams, along with issues regarding anxiety. After seeking help she begins to have 'blackouts.' In her blackouts she remembers things about Riley's life.
As the blackouts begin to come more frequently, Ashlynn's anxiety worsens. She becomes terrified of the memories and worries about herself. She is worried about what is happening to Riley in her recollections, but scared to find out what comes next. Ashlynn seems to be uncovering a mystery through recollections about another life.
Ashlynn struggles to keep up with her life. She can't seem to figure out who she is or what she wants because she's grappling with another persona. If she wants to move on with her life, she will need to determine why she's having these recollections and what she can do to stop them. She can't be two people forever- Can she?
