Nishikawa Himari is a pretty average girl - well, in her eyes. At school however, she is the single most popular girl at Ichikawa High, in the backwater village of Asakura, Japan. She doesn't mind it, and everyone's really nice, save for Tsukikouji Ririka, the haughty rich girl in her class, who absolutely despises Himari's guts.
