This is an original short story about Jackie and her "riding buddy" Tyler. The two meet on the Water Glider, a Ferris-Wheel that enables people of Sicily City to see the Firefly Squids. They enjoy an experience full of social awkwardness, starry skies, and glowing waters.

I'm sorry about this vague synopsis and the fact that I wrote this at 1 am. The story may seem a little rough around the edges, but I'm trying to learn how to write shorter pieces of fiction.
