Devon has many good reasons to wish he could literally hide behind his hair. Cashier-slash-call-boy by night and school pariah by day, he views life as a series of letdowns and disappointments, highlighted only by several major traumas that have left him reliant on drugs and self harm to get through the nightmarish days.

With his life spinning dangerously out of control, the last thing Devon expected was to fall in love. But then he did.
