Savannah Stryker is a rich kid, but wouldn't call herself a Kook. Life on the Outer Banks is different for her. She spends all of her time working at the hotel her father owns because he says working builds character. Due to this, the Kooks don't understand her and the Pogue's don't like her. The one exception is Kie. Kie respects the hell out of Sav and they are close friends during the school year. Then hurricane Agatha hits and feels Sav up for most the summer.
