The Capitol has won, so now the Rebels pay the price. Katniss Everdeen has been killed, along with Peeta Mellark, Haymitch Abernathy, and any Rebels still alive. District 13 has finally been blown up, nothing remaining. President Snow was killed in the war, so his grandson was hastily put as president. The Games this year will be harsher, crueler, and bloodier than ever before.
