16 year old Rosa Misaki is normal girl who lives with her mom and step father because her real dad disappeared when he was only 2 years old. She just happens to daydream about her favorite anime show Dragon Ball Z. Everything is fine until Trunks her dreamworlds best friend and Bulma, Goku, Gohan, Goten, and Vegeta miraculously arrive at her house. From then on her life will never be the same.

Rosamoona Hokusai is as normal as a Half-Human, Half-Saiyan child could be. She and her parents (Goku and Chi-Chi), her brothers (Gohan, and Goten), her sister-in-law (Videl) and her niece (Pan) travel the world, looking for Baby. They follow Baby as he changed bodies, waiting until he is strong enough to take over a Sayian body. As soon as they get close, he always manages to slip away. Baby has now led them to a small town in Pennsylvania called Waynesboro. Rosamoona doesn't plan on getting attached to anyone, for Baby never stays in a small town for more than six months at the most. So when three years pass, the Saiyans become convinced it's because this is Baby's 'HQ'. Rosamoona, Goten, and Pan all enroll in school so they're able to track Baby better.
