Peter Parker was born quirkless. He didn't really mind. The bullying and neglect were annoying, but they were nothing compared to being orphaned when he was 5.

After a freak accident during a field trip, Peter gains extraordinary abilities that break the very understanding that their society was built on.

They release some sort of monster on him and to get away he injects himself with the drug, enhancing his own quirk. Except it isn't temporary, it sticks around. So now he's got a way better, not crappy quirk. Becoming a teenage vigilante is the logical next step, of course. Meeting Eraserhead was purely an accident and anything past that was just bad luck. (obviously I don't own bnha. I feel like all my stories center around U.A and school life so I wanted to shake things up with a character that doesn't enter U.A at all. I also wanted to work with a quirk that looks pretty unassuming at first.)

They contradicted from his families usually green or black eyes, and they contrasted with his green hair, which gave him a sophisticated look. The word quirkless would turn his world upside down. However this diagnosis would not come in the shape as only a curse, with it came a blessing. A blessing that he wouldn't be aware of until he met a certain someone.
