D.S.R-revelations

A terrorist has gone around killing millions of people and destroying important structures, originating from Japan. The Japanese government has been held responsible for the attacks, so after a year of searching and finding nothing while more people get killed, they turn to an elite squad who has never failed in any mission to retrieve information, stop further attacks and catch the mastermind dead or alive by any means necessary.
Accepting the mission is Cia, makes calls to her other teammates asking (ordering) if they would like to participate in the hunt. All accepted and decide to meet in Tokyo, the first place attacked. Later on they go around the world eventually facing him.
