Bianca and Harvey have never met before, well not until college starts anyway, and i guess you could say that Bianca's "bestfriend" Chelsea, is the reason for that, until Bianca finds out the truth about Chelsea. She never wanted the best for her. She was the nasty gossip girl who wanted her to get hurt, but when the the two become the hottest couple in college, and their relationship starts to grow like a house on fire, Chelsea gets jealous and does all she can to savatage the relationship.
