It's been almost a year and a half since John's old friend Ash had moved to america for her fathers job, she left at the wrong time as a week latter John was betrayed by one of his best friends. But what will happen when Ash makes her grand return, she is a horrible influence on John and extremely sadistic but she cares very much about him. Ash knows of his powers but understands why he doesn't want to use them, she does everything in her power to protect him, as he is her true king. Second Chance
Taking his fathers words to heart, John Doe returns to Wellston with the intention of expelling himself from the hierarchy; attempting to turn over a new leaf with the ones he fought with for weeks. A short time after John's return, Isen comes to him battered and bruised from a late night battle pleading for assistance as both Seraphina and Arlo are nowhere to be found. With Blyke and Remi's well beings on the line, John has to make a decision to either become the man his wishes to be, or to remain the cold king he was before. Then one day a new kid, only two years younger than John, enrolled at Wellston however John finds that he is much stronger than all of them, soon after another one enrolls as well proving similar strength. Ember discharges Vulcan in favor of someone stronger and easily untraceable compared to Vulcan. What they come up with is much more deadly and scarier. Who will be the Champion leader of Wellston? who is the Champion of Ember? All John knows is, he must get stronger.Complete

John has a cousin who also attends Wellston, and who has dethroned Arlo. He rules similarly to Rei, discouraging bullying and doing his best to break the distance between the tiers, but nothing seems to work. Then, he gets wind that his cousin has enrolled as a cripple, and has successfully befriended the second-most powerful student in the school: Seraphina. Urging John to reveal his power and help him break the distance, he does everything in his power to bring John, not into the hierarchy, but to accept himself and his past. But what happens when the jack, Arlo, overhears their discussion? Will John become the Joker? Or will he accept his power with the help of his cousin? That's for me to know, and you to find out.
