For seasons, the clans around the lake have lived peacefully, and quietly. Soon a prophecy is delivered to every  medicine cat, foreshadowing the destruction of the clans, and how the clans must give up against stronger forces to perish less painfully. The good relationship between the clans fades, and even more so when other clan cats are found dead on another's territory, and scents of other cats as well. Only a group of ragtag apprentices knows the truth, and the truth is quiet the problem. A problem that all clans share. The question that is burning in the apprentices minds isn't what will happen to them, but if they can keep the peace at all. Moonpaw from Thunderclan. Wolfpaw from Shadowclan. This time, the Clans are struggling just to assemble a hunting patrol and maintain borders. Forcing time out of daily tasks is asking the impossible. Leaf-bare is going to take the remaining lives of the cats that are lucky enough to even make it through leaf-fall.
