Right as the light turned green the person following honked at me. I felt compelled to turn and observe my impatient follower, followed by a simple middle finger in the air. I took a moment to calm down which in that very few seconds I received many more impatient honks. This time I whipped around in my seat ready to release my middle finger and a few choice words. Once I was parallel to the other side of the street the honker rammed the back of my car, thus sending my slim body slammed against the steering wheel sending honks in the other direction. "WHAT THE HELL!" I yelled to myself rubbing a bruise under my collar bone. Once I pulled myself back together and rearranged my thick black hair I got out of the car out raged hoping the "honker" knows what he's in for.

Suddenly a tall figure towered over me I wouldn't admit it but If I wasn't being held against my will in the middle of the street I would of found him attractive. "Get her in the car she's coming home with us" What!? No this isn't happening before I could think i elbowed the man stood holding my arm in the nose earning a groan of pain. "What do you want?" I snap, slamming my locker shut. His casual smirk, messy dark hair, tan skin, strong arms, eerie storm-grey eyes... the list could go on of things I notice- that I shouldn't notice- about him. "Oh, I want a lot of things." He inspects a speck of dirt on his arm. "I'm sure you've heard the news?" His eyes flicker back up to meet mine. Does he know? No. He can't. So I roll my eyes. He can't know that I know, that I would do anything to be the first one he tells. "You'll have to be more specific." I mutter, trying to look casual as I inspect my nails. "Well, it involves a certain title of the swim team," He offers. I shrug. "So you got captain. That's cool. And what do I have to do with that?" He narrows his eyes, trying to read my expression. Unfortunately for him, I have mastered the art of hiding my emotions. "This is what I wanted to talk to you about. During English," He fiddles with his sweater sleeve. "I recall you trying to talk to me," I frown. "Well, I..." He swallows, seeming... nervous? "I'm not doing too great... subject wise. And if I don't pick up my ass soon, I might be forced to quit." He rubbed the back of his neck, making his shirtsleeve slide up his arm to reveal a strong bicep. Not that I notice. I narrow my eyes. "And what do I get back in return?" I cross my arms. I'm going to be late for the bus if we don't hurry. He studies my face. "Name your price." He mirrored my position. I sigh. Money... but I don't need it. Popularity... but I don't want it. I meet his gaze steadily. He lifts his chin, the tiniest bit, but it doesn't intimidate me. I square my shoulders and stand up straight. He's only just taller than me. You do not know when to back off! Why can't you just leave me alone!" I fumed "Because it is you we are talking about" he said stepping closer "What does that have to do with anything?!" I questioned backing up as he stepped closer "Because I don't want you hurt" he said getting even closer. I backed up till I couldn't any more "Why? I am not important. I don't mean anything. The only reason I am even stayed alive this long is because of Aaron!" I spat. "Don't you ever say that! You are not nothing! You are important!" He growled in anger "Yeah right! Like you would know!" i retorted. We glared at each other for a few second then Marc grabbed my face in his hand and passionately kissed me. I was taken by surprise. We kissed for a few minutes until I pulled away and turned my head. "Forget this happened" I whispered as I walked past him back to the others and he quickly followed.Complete
