dylan mae dawson grew up with the pouges, she has forever been close with them. dylan's parents both passed away when dylan was 14, due to being trapped in a hurricane.. so she grew closer to her best friends: jj, kie, pope, and john b. she currently lives with her aunt sam, but practically stays at john b's. this summer was suppose to simply have goals that all involved fun, however a nerve racking hurricane changed everyone's plans. including the beginning of a love story.
