Frank Iero is simply a depressed, anxiety stricken teenager - at least to his self-view. When he moves to Belleville, New Jersey, he expects a fresh start: nobody he knows, no bullies. However, he never expected to meet the wonderful human being, who happens to be one of his neighbors, Gerard Way. Gerard starts off introducing Frank to his new school. Gerard makes Frank feel like he actually matters, a feeling quite foreign to Frank. Gerard actually shows he cares about his new neighbor. Will it grow into something more? Or will emotional obstacles get the best of them?
