After catalytic events towards the end of her time in Riverdale she could no longer stomach the town or any of its contents so, after graduation, Veronica left Riverdale and all it contained in the dust. She only looked back when healing demanded it. Now she had to spend a week in the town that loomed over her past. During the visit, she has a chance encounter with the person she left behind, the person she was never able to move on from.
