Sakura never thought she would die that way.

She would think she'd die on the battlefield or even die, saving her teammates. What logic would it indicate when she died because of heart failure?

She was trained by the Number One Medic, for God's sake! 

She then faltered, tired of thinking too much of the world's logic. She then thought, tiredly, maybe this really does indicate that she cannot reach her teammates, no matter how hard she trains.

If the possibility of being born once again has entered Sakura's mind when she was alive, she'd completely laugh at its bullshit. 

Never mind that Naruto and Sasuke being the reincarnation of two majorly brothers from the past, she was talking about herself.
