Midoriya izuku.The successor of the one and only symbol of peace:All might.He never thought the day would come that he would be in a fight for not only his life,but his mother's as well.He knew that this day would come.But he didn't expect it to be today.It was her birthday.The L.O.V had broken into the house and began to attack.Ever one of them but one.
Shigaraki Tomura.The successor of the most powerful villain in modern day:All for One.It had been 15 years sense he left the streets to be raised by the villain.But he remembered how different he was to his 'mother'.He knew something was different about him to his sibling and parents.After he was able to control his quirk,he began research his family.He took a illegal D.N.A test and got the results back a month later.
He found out that his biological mother was Inko Midoriya.He looked up the family only to find that he was the older brother the young hero in training.He decided to try and surprise her for her birthday.But little did he know that the rest of them fallowed.

Izuku Mugen, formally Yagi never had a happy life. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, died before he was born. His mother, Inko(Xtreme) married Toshinori Yagi(All Might) and had a daughter called Izumi. He smiled with his sister, but that was until they reach 4. Izumi had her mother Quirk, while he was quikless. His mother, step father, his sister, along with her friends(1A) started to bully him. The only ones who care for him were Enji, Rei, Fuyumi, Touya, Natsuo, Shota, Emi, Gran Torino, Recovery Girl, Hizashi Yamada, Nighteye, Nemuri and 1A parents. One day he couldn't taken anymore and run away from his tormentors, but got kidnapped by Doctor Eggman at the age of 12. For 2 years he experimented on Izuku, turning him into a weapon. Izuku managed to escape, but didn't kill Eggman. He forgive him after he learn why he becomes like this. Now, Izuku Mugen became The Vigiliante Infinite and unleashed his power on Villains and fake Heroes that are only for money and fame.Complete

Honestly, this is going to be an extremely sad short story. Why this came to mind I don't even know.. All for One is Izuku's dad and he knew that from a small age. Izuku had always wanted to be a hero but never looked up too All Might like in Canon. He knew what All Might did to his dad and he held a grudge. He took his dad away from him and his adopted brother Tomura for 3 years. Tomura was adopted my Hisashi and Inko almost a year after Izuku was born. Izuku always Said Tomura is his big brother blood or not. When the Kamino fight takes a different route. All Might brutally murdered All for One in front of all of Japan, as Izuku and Tomura were there standing in shock. Before All for One died Izuku ran to him using every healing quirk he could... but he couldn't save him.Complete

Hero of Grace - Dekiru
This is the story of Izuku Midoriya otherwise known as Dekiru! Izuku meets All Might three years earlier than UA and this leads to him gaining OFA sooner. This allows him to gain a better body suited to controlling OFA and access to full cowling since Izuku is smarter here than canon. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Inko Midoriya died due to undiagnosed cancer during the first year of training. All Might adopted Izuku since it would be the Bakugo's that would take him in. All Might, however, knew of Izuku's past and refused to let him into that home.
