Krall insists that Captain Kirk returns the stolen device that Kirk had taken to restore peace with another race, but Kirk thinks otherwise. He still needed it. Krall takes the whole crew, leaving Kirk, Krystine, Spock, Bones, Chekov, and Scotty stranded and needing to find them and figure out how to get off the planet. Will the six of them be able to do it? I revisited it and re-wrote it with a better eye after having published 17 books professionally since then. This is a my love letter to Star Trek that I grew up with.
