Richie Tozier quits his job and moves back to Derry to be closer to the memories he had almost forgotten. It's October now Richie's favorite month of the year the month he reminisces the most in 1988 where he first felt Eddie's Kapsbrak's lips against his the way he ran away from him laughing as Richie chased him around in their silly costumes. And so he writes a letter to him never knowing if he'd read it or see him again. What happens when people that were missing for years find their way back home to Derry Maine? people that were missing starts to turn up alive and well and he sees him in the market like it was the first time he's ever seen him. Beautiful and alive.
