Damien took a step back down the stairs and headed over to me, now standing right in front of me, I looked up at his tall figure, and our mouths were only inches away from each other. I inhaled heavily and feeling my heart rate quicken. 
Looking into his eyes I saw a spark emerge. The tension was building up around us, feeling like sparks would start flying around. 
And right when I leaned in to get rid of the distance between our lips.... He moved away from me.
"Im gonna go take a shower" he said disappearing upstairs, leaving me clueless to what had just happened, all alone, at the bottom of the stairs.
