The three Keith children and their parents go to St. Augustine beach for a holiday. They find a clue hiding in a crack of the pier that says, "Under the Palm is a treasure that will calm all greedy hearts." But there are at least 7 pine trees by the pier What are they going to do? It's going to take at least two days to dig under all the pine trees. And the beach closes at dusk.
