Andy lives in a world where everyone is a required to carry a PAC, or Personal Assistant Computer. Only Andy's PAC isn't quite like everyone else's. Due an accident when he was younger, his PAC has taken on quite the personality! Andy must try to navigate through school, girls, illegal car races, conspiracies, revolutions, and freedom fighters, all while carrying his trusty, but annoying, side kick on his back.
